Molly Crabapple : Art Work
Molly Crabapple (a.k.a. Jennifer Caban) was born in 1983 in Far Rockaway, New York; living in Brooklyn. She is an award-winning artist, author, model and founder of Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School. Crapapple is a self-taught illustrator who learnt how to draw by copying books like “Alice in Wonderland” and “A Tart’s Progess” in a Parisian bookstore. Her drawing style is a fusion of ink and watercolors, and her painting themes look like they are part of an imaginary magical circus coming from the Victorian and Rococo eras.
Crabapple started her career as an artist’s model, and later in time opened her own burlesque life-drawing class–having founded Dr Sketchy’s Anti-Art School in 2005. Her school has been so succesful that it has been branched out in all the five continents of the world.
As an illustrator, she has commercially worked for numerous magazines and newspapers such as SCREW Magazine, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Marvel Comics the Bloomberg Corporation, Playgirl, and more. She is also co-author (with John Leavitt) of “The Official Dr. Sketchy’s Rainy Day Colouring Book” and the comics “Scarlett Takes Manhattan.”

Levi Maestro "Infinity Piece" Watch
Existentialism is a theme to describe the personal project between Levi Maestro and Los Angeles jeweler Shayan Afshar. Absent are the elements to determine time; instead, according to Maestro, used to convey a sense of ongoing devotion outside the realm of such. The timepiece, which actually functions as an accessory rather than a time-telling device, features 18k plated yellow and rose gold versions, with 12 pieces allocated to the public. Nike Lunar Elite Trail Mid Plus
Following the release of a couple of ACG-like colorways, Nike previews another version of its Lunar Elite Trail Mid for Fall/Winter. This time around, the sneakers take on a darker color palette with vibrant highlights coming via the hiking style laces, tongue, and swoosh. Look for these to release soon through Korean retailer Kasina, with a stateside drop not yet confirmed.

Shawn Winston : Astro-Kid(The Mixtape) & Purple Skies(Electronic EP) Release Dates!
I've been working on Astro-Kid since last January of 2010..i had so many different ideas flowing after i chose to go solo from a previous work i did that was called T.R.3.D. Astro-Kid was more of a curiosity and i don't want it to be my official stamp on the Hip-Hop world even though some of the singles i leaked got some fire feedback. It's going to fully release online for free tomorrow night Sep. 8th 2010. Now for Purple Skies, it's my first electronic work i'm putting out officially. It's a full EP of electronic songs that tell a story that i'm sure later on i will explain to everyone. It's due date is next wednesday Sep. 15th 2010 and also will be free. Keep up with me everyone peace.
